Can I book outside business hours?

Our reservations are a 24/7 operation and are open 365 days a year. Sales and Customer Services Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, closed UK bank holidays.

Do you have local agents?

Our local agents have extensive knowledge of the airport and the location, and can provide guidance to help travellers with their onward journey. Especially helpful in Non-English speaking locations.

Can I request multi-lingual greet agents?

Yes. On request basis only.

How far in advance do I need to book?

There is no set time however all services are availability dependent.

What if I need an Electric buggy?

Can be booked upon request, additional charges may apply.

What if I require a Wheelchair?

Please contact British Airways directly.

Can I book on behalf of someone else?

Yes.

Will I always be fastracked?

The agent will assess the fastest route possible, which may not always be through a defined fast track channel. For by Invitation you will be fastracked.

Should I tip my greeter?

Tipping is not required.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

The Agent will direct you to the relevant British Airways representatives. For by Invitation lounge team members will liaise with relevant British Airways representatives.

Where do I meet my Agent upon arrival?

Our agent will be located at the skybridge or entry into the terminal building, complete with name sign.

Where do I meet my Agent upon departure?

Kerbside or pre-agreed meeting point. Contact will be made approximately 4 hours prior to scheduled time of departure. For by Invitation Report to the Airport By Invitation facility approximately 3 hours prior to departure but no less then the British Airways minimum recommended check-in time.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

The Agent will direct you to the relevant British Airways representatives. For by Invitation lounge team members will liaise with relevant British Airways representatives.

Do I get lounge access?

Lounge access is dependent upon your class of travel, commonly Business & First class. Otherwise lounge access can be booked – Additional charges apply. For by Invitation, yes.

Do you provide a porter service?

Yes, on a request basis – Additional charges apply. For by Invitation, yes.

How many passengers can take your service?
